  1. Fit stir tool to kCook bowl
  2. Add olive oil, onion and garlic clove to the kCook bowl
  3. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  4. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  5. Cook with filler cap removed - 4 min, 100°C, speed 3
  6. Then add tinned chopped tomatoes, red bell pepper, coconut milk, ground coriander, ground ginger, lime juice, chilli flakes and salt & pepper to the kCook bowl
  7. Add whitefish filet to the steamer tray
  8. Steam - 20 min, 104°C, speed 3
  9. Transfer fish to kCook bowl
  10. Add coriander to the kCook bowl
  11. Mix with filler cap removed - 30 sec, speed 4
  12. Serve
