A delicious and Christmas themed cake, that can be made in a doughnut or Rum Baba mould. Make sure the mould fits within the steamer tray. User generated recipes have not been re-tested by Kenwood.

  5. Cook with filler cap removed - 15 min, 160°C, speed 1
  6. Transfer content of kCook bowl to small bowl then set aside
  7. Clean kCook bowl
  8. Fit max blade to kCook bowl
  9. Add butter and brown sugar to the kCook bowl
  10. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  11. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  12. Mix with filler cap fitted - 2 min, speed 10
  13. Add maple syrup to the kCook bowl gradually while machine is running
  14. Mix with filler cap removed - 1 min, speed 7
  15. Then add egg to the kCook bowl
  16. Mix with filler cap removed - 1 min, speed 7
  17. Then sift plain flour and ground cinnamon into the kCook bowl
  18. Add active dried yeast and hazelnut milk to the kCook bowl
  19. Mix with filler cap removed - 1 min, speed 7
  20. Transfer nuts to kCook bowl
  21. Mix with filler cap removed - 1 min, speed 7
  22. Spoon content of kCook bowl into mini doughnut pan then set aside
  23. Clean kCook bowl
  24. Fit stir tool to kCook bowl
  25. Add water to the kCook bowl
  26. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  27. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  28. Heat with filler cap removed - 104°C, speed 1
  29. Arrange pan in steamer tray
  30. Steam - 30 min, 104°C, speed 1
  31. Empty content of kCook bowl into sink
  32. Clean kCook bowl
  33. Fit whisk tool to kCook bowl
  34. Add whipping cream to the kCook bowl
  35. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  36. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  37. Whisk with filler cap fitted - 2 min 30 sec, speed 7
  38. Then add cream cheese and icing sugar to the kCook bowl
  39. Whisk with filler cap fitted - 1 min, speed 7
  40. Transfer content of kCook bowl to medium bowl
  41. Turn out doughnuts onto work surface carefully
  42. Dip doughnuts into cream
  43. Decorate
  44. Serve
