Step preview

  1. Add artichoke and lemon to a clean large glass bowl
  2. Add water to the large glass bowl
  3. Fill until covered
  4. Fit stir tool to kCook bowl
  5. Add onion and olive oil to the kCook bowl
  6. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  7. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  8. Cook with filler cap fitted - 5 min, 95°C, speed 2
  9. Drain content of large glass bowl into sieve
  10. Transfer content of sieve to kCook bowl
  11. Add water, salt and peas to the kCook bowl
  12. Cook with filler cap fitted - 15 min, 98°C, speed 2
  13. Transfer content of kCook bowl to heatproof bowl then set aside
  14. Clean kCook bowl
  15. Fit stir tool to kCook bowl
  16. Add water and saffron to the kCook bowl
  17. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  18. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  19. Heat with filler cap removed - 120°C, speed 2
  20. Then add salt and pasta to the kCook bowl
  21. Cook with filler cap removed - 10 min, 98°C, speed 3
  22. Transfer vegetables to kCook bowl
  23. Add Grana Padano cheese to the kCook bowl
  24. Stir with filler cap removed - 2 min, speed 4
  25. Serve
