I use multi-grain flour which is perfect for this recipe. This is a nice and easy recipe, and I keep my loaf of bread for a bit over one week, wrapped in a clean cloth. Give it a try! While baking, place in the oven a ramekin of warm water on the same shelf as the bread. User generated recipes have not been re-tested by Kenwood.
