The dough will be very supple and sticky once proved, it is normal: you only need to lightly flour your fingers before rolling each dough ball. Can be garnished with pearl sugar, or chocolate chips. Step preview

  1. Fit midi blade to kCook bowl
  2. Add milk and fresh yeast to the kCook bowl
  3. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  4. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  5. Mix with filler cap fitted - 2 min, 30°C, speed 5
  6. Then add plain flour, egg, oil, rum and salt to the kCook bowl
  7. Mix with filler cap fitted - 15 sec, speed 7
  8. Mix with filler cap fitted - 2 min, speed 10
  9. Remove midi blade from kCook bowl
  10. Heat with filler cap fitted - 1 hr, 30°C
  11. Pre-heat oven - approx 1 min, 170°C
  12. Line a clean baking sheet with parchment paper
  13. Transfer content of kCook bowl to lightly floured surface
  14. Shape into balls
  15. Transfer dough balls to baking sheet
  16. Brush with egg yolk
  17. Bake - 15 min, 170°C
  18. Let cool
  19. Serve
