Step preview

  6. Then add broccoli and water to the kCook bowl
  7. Cook with filler cap fitted - 12 min, 98°C, speed 2
  8. Then add water, salt and tomato purée to the kCook bowl
  9. Cook with filler cap fitted - 10 min, 110°C, speed 2
  10. Then add pasta to the kCook bowl
  11. Cook with filler cap removed and continue - 10 min, 98°C, speed 3
  12. Add extra virgin olive oil to a clean frying pan
  13. Heat in frying pan - medium-high heat
  14. Add breadcrumbs, salt and sugar to the frying pan
  15. Fry in frying pan until golden brown
  16. Transfer pasta to large serving bowl
  17. Transfer breadcrumb mixture to pasta
  18. Serve
