  1. Fit whisk tool to kCook bowl
  2. Add golden caster sugar and egg to the kCook bowl
  3. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  4. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  5. Mix with filler cap fitted - 8 min, speed 8
  6. Then add white flour to the kCook bowl
  7. Mix with filler cap fitted - 10 sec, speed 8
  8. Transfer content of kCook bowl to medium bowl then set aside
  9. Clean kCook bowl
  10. Fit stir tool to kCook bowl
  11. Add dark chocolate, milk chocolate and salted butter to the kCook bowl
  12. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  13. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  14. Stir with filler cap removed until melted - approx 7 min, 60°C, speed 4
  15. Transfer content of medium bowl to kCook bowl
  16. Mix with filler cap fitted - 15 sec, speed 6
  17. Line a clean springform pan with parchment paper
  18. Transfer content of kCook bowl to springform pan
  19. Spread until level
  20. Let rest - 1 hr
  21. Pre-heat oven - 120°C
  22. Bake - 40 min, 120°C
  23. Let cool
  24. Chill in fridge - 2 hr
  25. Serve
