Step preview

  1. Fit whisk tool to kCook bowl
  2. Add milk, sugar, vanilla extract, cornflour and egg to the kCook bowl
  3. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  4. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  5. Cook with filler cap fitted - 10 min, 90°C, speed 5
  6. Then add crème fraîche to the kCook bowl
  7. Mix with filler cap fitted - 30 sec, speed 8
  8. Then add instant coffee to the kCook bowl
  9. Mix with filler cap fitted - 1 min, speed 8
  10. Transfer content of kCook bowl to 5 ramekins
  11. Chill in fridge - 2 hr
  12. Serve
