Step preview

  1. Pre-heat oven - 180°C
  2. Line 3 clean springform pans with parchment paper
  3. Fit whisk tool to kCook bowl
  4. Add butter and caster sugar to the kCook bowl
  5. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  6. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  7. Mix with filler cap removed - 30 sec, speed 5
  8. Mix with filler cap removed - 30 sec, speed 6
  9. Mix with filler cap removed - 1 min, speed 8
  10. Mix with filler cap removed - 1 min, speed 9
  11. Then add lemon juice and plain yogurt to the kCook bowl
  12. Mix with filler cap removed - 1 min, speed 7
  13. Then add egg and whole milk to the kCook bowl
  14. Mix with filler cap removed - 2 min, speed 7
  15. Then add red food coloring, vanilla bean pod, italian 00 flour, cocoa powder and baking powder to the kCook bowl
  16. Mix with filler cap removed - 30 sec, speed 4
  17. Mix with filler cap removed - 2 min, speed 7
  18. Divide content of kCook bowl between 3 springform pans
  19. Bake - 1 hr, 180°C
  20. Let cool
  21. Clean kCook bowl
  22. Fit whisk tool to kCook bowl
  23. Add butter and icing sugar to the kCook bowl
  24. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  25. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  26. Mix with filler cap fitted - 30 sec, speed 6
  27. Mix with filler cap fitted - 2 min, speed 9
  28. Then add cream cheese to the kCook bowl
  29. Mix with filler cap fitted - 1 min, speed 7
  30. Then add vegetable whipping cream to the kCook bowl
  31. Mix with filler cap fitted - 2 min, speed 12
  32. Transfer content of kCook bowl to piping bag
  33. Turn out the cakes from the spring form tins onto a work surface
  34. Place one of the cakes onto a serving plate
  35. Pipe a third of the cream onto the cake layer
  36. Place another one of the cakes on top
  37. Pipe a third of the cream onto the cake layer
  38. Place the last of the cakes on top
  39. Pipe a third of the cream onto the cake layer
  40. Chill in fridge - 1 hr
  41. Serve
