Step preview

  1. Fit stir tool to kCook bowl
  2. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  3. Add water to the kCook bowl up to the 1 liter mark
  4. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  5. Heat with filler cap removed - 104°C, speed 1
  6. Line the steamer tray with parchment paper
  7. Add fish fillet to the steamer tray
  8. Top with dried oregano, salt & pepper and tomato purée
  9. Seal tightly
  10. Steam - 25 min, 104°C, speed 1
  11. Transfer fish to serving plate
  12. Garnish with lemon and extra virgin olive oil
  13. Serve
