- 2

- Orange blossom water
- 2 tablespoons

- 2 tablespoons

Step preview
- Fit midi blade to kCook bowl
- Add milk and fresh yeast to the kCook bowl
- Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
- Attach lid to kCook bowl
- Heat with filler cap removed - 2 min, 30°C, speed 5
- Then add all purpose flour, salt, semi-salted butter, caster sugar, egg yolk and orange blossom water to the kCook bowl
- Mix with filler cap removed - 15 sec, speed 7
- Mix with filler cap removed - 2 min, speed 8
- Remove midi blade from kCook bowl
- Heat with filler cap fitted - 1 hr, 30°C
- Line a clean baking sheet with parchment paper then set aside
- Transfer dough to lightly floured surface
- Divide into 3 equal pieces
- Roll into logs
- Make a braid with the lengths of dough
- Transfer shaped dough to baking sheet
- Cover with kitchen towel
- Prove - 1 hr
- Pre-heat oven - 180°C
- Brush with egg yolk
- Sprinkle with pearl sugar
- Bake - 20 min, 180°C
- Let cool
- Serve
