This is a creamy dairy speciality to enjoy for dessert or mixed with a plain yogurt according to your taste! Called in Turkey: incir uyutmasi. Ensure you use unpasteurised milk for this recipe. Step preview

  1. Rehydrate the figs in warm water for 30 minutes.
  2. Fit stir tool to kCook bowl
  3. Add raw milk to the kCook bowl
  4. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  5. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  6. Heat with filler cap fitted - 15 min, 90°C, speed 2
  7. Leave the milk to cool down to 45-50°C
  8. Cube the rehydrated figs.
  9. Add dried figs to the kCook bowl
  10. Mix with filler cap fitted - 2 min, 45°C, speed 12
  11. Transfer yogurt to jar
  12. Place the jars in the full sun, or in the oven with just the pilot light on
  13. Leave - 3 hr
  14. Chill in fridge - 3 hr
  15. Serve
