Step preview

  1. Fit midi blade to kCook bowl
  2. Add milk and fresh yeast to the kCook bowl
  3. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  4. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  5. Heat with filler cap fitted - 4 min, 38°C, speed 4
  6. Then add all purpose flour, salt and caster sugar to the kCook bowl
  7. Mix with filler cap fitted - 2 min, speed 7
  8. Then add butter to the kCook bowl
  9. Mix with filler cap fitted - 3 min, speed 7
  10. Remove midi blade from kCook bowl
  11. Heat - 1 hr, 30°C
  12. Pre-heat oven - 180°C
  13. Transfer dough to lightly floured surface
  14. Roll out into a circle
  15. Transfer pastry to tart pan
  16. Line in cake tin until covered
  17. Brush with milk
  18. Fill with blueberries
  19. Sprinkle with light brown sugar
  20. Bake - 25 min, 82°C
  21. Serve
