  2. Let rest and continue
  3. Fit whisk tool to kCook bowl
  4. Add egg yolk, caster sugar, vanilla extract and water to the kCook bowl

  6. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  7. Whisk with filler cap fitted - 3 min, speed 8
  8. Then add salted butter to the kCook bowl
  9. Whisk with filler cap fitted - 2 min, speed 8
  10. Then add all purpose flour to the kCook bowl
  11. Mix with filler cap fitted - 10 sec, speed 9
  12. Strain jug and reserve liquid
  13. Pour milk mixture into kCook bowl
  14. Mix with filler cap fitted - 30 sec, speed 9
  15. Transfer mixture to large mixing bowl
  16. Pre-heat oven - 150°C
  17. Grease a clean square pan then set aside
  18. Clean kCook bowl
  19. Fit whisk tool to kCook bowl
  20. Add egg white and salt to the kCook bowl
  21. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  22. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  23. Whisk with filler cap fitted - 3 min 30 sec, speed 8
  24. Transfer egg whites to large mixing bowl
  25. Stir gently until well combined
  26. Transfer content of large mixing bowl to square pan
  27. Spread until level
  28. Bake - 50 min, 150°C
  29. Let cool slightly
  30. Chill in fridge - 2 hr
  31. Cut into squares
  32. Serve
