Step preview

  1. Add plain yogurt, ground turmeric, ground ginger, garam masala, lemon and ground almonds to a clean large mixing bowl
  2. Stir with tablespoon until combined
  3. Add chicken breast and red bell pepper to the large mixing bowl
  4. Stir until coated
  5. Cover with plastic wrap
  6. Chill in fridge - 30 min
  7. Fit stir tool to kCook bowl
  8. Add garlic clove, onion, canned chopped tomatoes, coconut milk and salt & pepper to the kCook bowl
  9. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  10. Transfer content of large mixing bowl to kCook bowl
  11. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  12. Cook with filler cap removed - 25 min, 100°C, speed 6
  13. Then add fresh basil leaves to the kCook bowl
  14. Cook with filler cap removed - 5 min, 100°C, speed 6
  15. Transfer content of kCook bowl to large serving bowl
  16. Serve with cooked rice
