Step preview

  1. Fit midi blade to kCook bowl
  2. Add dried yeast and milk to the kCook bowl
  3. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  4. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  5. Heat with filler cap removed - 2 min, 30°C, speed 3
  6. Then add all purpose flour, salt, olive oil, sugar, ground turmeric and egg to the kCook bowl
  7. Mix with filler cap removed - 3 min, speed 5
  8. Remove midi blade from kCook bowl
  9. Heat with filler cap fitted - 40 min, 30°C
  10. Transfer content of kCook bowl to lightly floured surface
  11. Divide into 6 equal pieces
  12. Roll into balls
  13. Roll out into a rectangle
  14. Cut strips 1 cm apart along the length of the dough, over 3 quarters of the width
  15. Roll the dough down starting from the uncut side to obtain a long sausage
  16. Repeat
  17. Line a clean baking sheet with parchment paper
  18. Transfer shaped dough to baking sheet
  19. Let rest - 1 hr
  20. Pre-heat oven - 170°C
  21. Add egg and milk to a clean small bowl
  22. Mix until combined
  23. Brush the shaped dough with egg mixture
  24. Scatter sesame seeds over the shaped dough
  25. Bake until light golden - 30 min, 78°C
  26. Serve
