Step preview

  1. Fit max blade to kCook bowl
  2. Add egg yolk, sugar, milk, all purpose flour, baking soda and baking powder to the kCook bowl

  5. Mix with filler cap removed - 1 min, speed 12
  6. Transfer content of kCook bowl to large mixing bowl then set aside
  7. Clean kCook bowl
  8. Fit whisk tool to kCook bowl
  9. Add egg white to the kCook bowl
  10. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  11. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  12. Whisk with filler cap removed - 3 min, speed 7
  13. Fold egg whites into large mixing bowl gently
