  1. Fit max blade to kCook bowl
  2. Add biscuits and butter to the kCook bowl
  3. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  4. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  5. Mix with filler cap fitted - 45 sec, speed 7
  6. Transfer content of kCook bowl to medium bowl then set aside
  7. Clean kCook bowl
  8. Fit max blade to kCook bowl
  9. Add pineapple and cane sugar to the kCook bowl
  10. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  11. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  12. Mix with filler cap fitted - 45 sec, speed 7
  13. Then add agar agar and rum to the kCook bowl
  14. Fit whisk tool to kCook bowl
  15. Cook with filler cap fitted - 3 min, 100°C, speed 4
  16. Let cool
  17. Add mascarpone cheese, cane sugar, vanilla extract and whipping cream to the kCook bowl
  18. Mix with filler cap fitted - 2 min, speed 9
  19. Transfer content of medium bowl to 6 drinking glasses and press down
  20. Transfer content of kCook bowl to 6 drinking glasses
  21. Chill in fridge - approx 6 hr
  22. Add butter and vanilla extract to a clean frying pan
  23. Heat in frying pan - medium-high heat
  24. Add pineapple to the frying pan
  25. Fry in frying pan until golden brown and let cool
  26. Place fruit on 6 drinking glasses
  27. Pour cooking juices on the verrines
  28. Serve
