Step preview

  1. Grease 4 clean small tart pans
  2. Fit max blade to kCook bowl
  3. Add all purpose flour, butter, water and salt to the kCook bowl
  4. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  5. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  6. Mix with filler cap fitted - 2 min, 30°C, speed 5
  7. Mix with filler cap fitted - 15 sec, speed 7
  8. Mix with filler cap fitted - 3 min, speed 10
  9. Transfer dough to lightly floured surface
  10. Roll out until 1/8" (5mm) thick
  11. Transfer dough to 4 small tart pans and trim the edges
  12. Set aside
  13. Pre-heat oven - 180°C
  14. Clean kCook bowl
  15. Fit max blade to kCook bowl
  16. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  17. Add garlic clove and fresh parsley to the kCook bowl
  18. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  19. Mix with filler cap fitted then scrape bowl - 10 sec, speed 10
  20. Then add egg, parmesan cheese, salt & pepper and single cream to the kCook bowl
  21. Add mushrooms to the kCook bowl gradually while blending
  22. Mix with filler cap removed - 15 sec, speed 8
  23. Transfer mixture to 4 small tart pans
  24. Cook - 25 min, 180°C
  25. Serve with a salad
