Step preview

  1. Pre-heat oven - 180°C
  2. Fit whisk tool to kCook bowl
  3. Add egg and sugar to the kCook bowl
  4. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  5. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  6. Mix with filler cap fitted - 3 min, speed 7
  7. Then add butter to the kCook bowl
  8. Mix with filler cap fitted - 20 sec, speed 7
  9. Then add baking powder and all purpose flour to the kCook bowl
  10. Mix with filler cap removed - 1 min, speed 7
  11. Transfer one third of batter to large mixing bowl
  12. Add unsweetened cocoa powder to the large mixing bowl
  13. Mix until combined
  14. Transfer chocolate mixture to rectangular tart pan
  15. Transfer half of the batter from the kCook bowl into a second tart pan
  16. Transfer the remaining batter into the third tart pan
  17. Bake - 15 min, 180°C
  18. Add dark chocolate and single cream to a clean small glass bowl
  19. Melt in microwave
  20. Place one cake on a serving plate
  21. Transfer half of melted chocolate from the small glass bowl to the cake
  22. Place another cake on top
  23. Transfer the rest of the melted chocolate mixture from the small glass bowl to the cake
  24. Place the last cake on top
  25. Add icing sugar and water to a clean small bowl
  26. Mix until combined
  27. Pour icing sugar mixture onto the cake
  28. Chill in fridge - 1 hr
  29. Serve
