  21. Add whipping cream and mascarpone cheese to a clean medium glass bowl

  24. Fit whisk tool to kCook bowl
  25. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  26. Transfer content of medium glass bowl to kCook bowl
  27. Add vanilla extract to the kCook bowl
  28. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  29. Whisk with filler cap fitted - 1 min 30 sec, speed 8
  30. Divide the sliced strawberries between the clean small bowls
  31. Scoop the ice cream in the 4 small bowls
  32. Transfer the Chantilly cream in the 4 small bowls
  33. Transfer the rest of the strawberry coulis in the 4 small bowls
  34. Serve garnished with any left over strawberries and mint or basil leaves
