Step preview

  1. Line a clean baking sheet with parchment paper
  2. Fit max blade to kCook bowl
  3. Add cocoa powder, caster sugar, vegetable oil, egg, all purpose flour and baking powder to the kCook bowl
  4. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  5. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  6. Mix with filler cap fitted - 1 min, speed 8
  7. Transfer dough to work surface
  8. Wrap with plastic wrap
  9. Chill in fridge - approx 1 hr
  10. Pre-heat oven - 190°C
  11. Roll into balls
  12. Transfer shaped dough to baking sheet
  13. Sprinkle with icing sugar
  14. Bake - 10 min, 190°C
  15. Let cool
  16. Serve
