  1. Pre-heat oven - 180°C
  2. Line a clean rectangular pan with parchment paper
  3. Fit stir tool to kCook bowl
  4. Add dark chocolate, cocoa powder, golden caster sugar and butter to the kCook bowl
  5. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  6. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  7. Heat with filler cap removed - 10 min, 50°C, speed 1
  8. Then add ground ginger and ground almonds to the kCook bowl
  9. Mix with filler cap removed - 5 min, speed 5
  10. Then add egg yolk to the kCook bowl
  11. Mix with filler cap removed - 5 min, speed 4
  12. Transfer batter to large mixing bowl
  13. Clean kCook bowl
  14. Fit whisk tool to kCook bowl
  15. Add egg white to the kCook bowl
  16. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  17. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  18. Whisk with filler cap removed - 3 min, speed 7
  19. Transfer egg whites to large mixing bowl
  20. Fold gently until combined
  21. Transfer batter to rectangular pan
  22. Bake - 30 min, 180°C
  23. Let cool
  24. Clean kCook bowl
  25. Fit stir tool to kCook bowl
  26. Add butter, cocoa powder, dark chocolate, icing sugar, ground ginger and water to the kCook bowl
  27. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  28. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  29. Mix with filler cap removed - 5 min, 50°C, speed 4
  30. Let cool slightly
  31. Transfer icing to brownies
  32. Spread
  33. Add crystallised ginger to the brownies
  34. Cut into squares
  35. Serve
