A no-bake slice with a ginger biscuit base topped with a sweet ginger icing. Quick and easy for kids to help make and perfect with a cup of tea. Make them extra special by melting some dark chocolate and drizzling over the top to finish. These are quite sweet so you may want to cut them into smaller bars than pictured.
