Step preview

  1. Fit midi blade to kCook bowl
  2. Add milk and butter to the kCook bowl
  3. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  4. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  5. Heat with filler cap fitted - 2 min, 30°C
  6. Then add italian 00 flour, dried yeast and sugar to the kCook bowl
  7. Mix with filler cap fitted - 30 sec, speed 7
  8. Then add salt to the kCook bowl
  9. Mix with filler cap fitted - 1 min, speed 10
  10. Remove midi blade from kCook bowl
  11. Heat with filler cap fitted - 1 hr, 30°C
  12. Transfer content of kCook bowl to lightly floured surface
  13. Divide into 8 equal pieces
  14. Roll into balls
  15. Cover with kitchen towel
  16. Let rest - 30 min
  17. Roll until 2mm thick
  18. Add cooked ham and mozzarella cheese to the shaped dough
  19. Fold
  20. Seal the edges
  21. Cover with kitchen towel
  22. Prove - 2 hr
  23. Line a clean serving plate with paper towels then set aside
  24. Add sunflower oil to a clean saucepan
  25. Heat - medium-high heat
  26. Transfer shaped dough to saucepan one by one
  27. Fry each side until golden brown
  28. Remove with slotted spoon
  29. Transfer shaped dough to serving plate
  30. Continue with the rest
  31. Serve hot
