  6. Drain content of kCook bowl into colander
  7. Pre-heat oven - 200°C
  8. Line a clean baking sheet with parchment paper
  9. Transfer potatoes to cutting board
  10. Peel
  11. Clean kCook bowl
  12. Fit max blade to kCook bowl
  13. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  14. Transfer potatoes to kCook bowl
  15. Add butter and parmesan cheese to the kCook bowl
  16. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  17. Blend with filler cap fitted - 1 min, speed 5
  18. Then add egg yolk and salt to the kCook bowl
  19. Blend with filler cap fitted - 2 min, speed 5
  20. Prepare a clean piping bag with open star tip
  21. Transfer purée to piping bag
  22. Pipe purée onto baking sheet
  23. Bake - 15 min, 200°C
  24. Let cool
  25. Serve
