- Attach the Stir Tool and Stir Assist Clip
- Add pancetta to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
- Lift the Cooking Chef head and fit the heat shield
- Cook with splashguard fitted - 5 min, 140°C, Stir 1
- Then add garlic clove, onion, celery stalk and leek to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
- Cook with splashguard fitted - 10 min, 120°C, Stir 1
- Then add potato, fish stock, fresh thyme, bay leaves and salt & pepper to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
- Cook with splashguard fitted - 15 min, 104°C, Stir 1
- Then add salmon filet, water and haddock filet to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
- Cook with splashguard fitted - 12 min, 104°C, Speed OFF
- Then add whipping cream and corn kernels to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
- Cook with splashguard fitted - 1 min, 98°C, Stir 3
- Serve
- Garnish with pancetta
