- Pre-heat oven - 160°C
- Grease a clean tube pan with butter
- Sprinkle with breadcrumbs then set aside
- Fit whisk tool to kCook bowl
- Add unsalted butter and caster sugar to the kCook bowl
- Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
- Attach lid to kCook bowl
- Whisk with filler cap removed - 6 min, speed 7
- Add egg to the kCook bowl one by one while machine is running
- Whisk with filler cap removed - 1 min, speed 7
- Then add all purpose flour, baking powder, salt, milk and baking soda to the kCook bowl
- Whisk with filler cap removed - 1 min 30 sec, speed 7
- Pour half of mixture into tube pan
- Top with apple
- Transfer the rest of mixture to tube pan
- Bake - 40 min, 160°C
- Let cool
- Transfer cake to serving plate
- Add water, icing sugar and ground cinnamon to a clean small bowl
- Stir until well combined
- Pour sugar mixture into cake
- Serve
