Step preview

  1. Pre-heat oven - 170°C
  2. Grease a clean baking pan
  3. Line with parchment paper then set aside
  4. Attach Creaming beater
  5. Add unsalted butter and dark chocolate to the EasyWarm Bowl
  6. Stir until melted - approx 10 min, 7, Stir 1
  7. Remove the bowl from the machine and set aside
  8. Attach Whisk
  9. Add caster sugar, dark brown sugar, egg and vanilla extract to the Kenwood Bowl
  10. Whisk - approx 2 min, Speed 3
  11. Transfer content of EasyWarm Bowl to Kenwood Bowl
  12. Whisk - approx 30 sec, Speed 3
  13. Then add all purpose flour, cocoa powder and salt to the Kenwood Bowl
  14. Whisk until combined - approx 2 min, Speed 3
  15. Transfer content of Kenwood Bowl to large mixing bowl then set aside
  16. Clean Kenwood Bowl
  17. Attach Creaming beater
  18. Add smooth peanut butter, icing sugar, milk, chocolate chips and vanilla extract to the Kenwood Bowl
  19. Mix until combined - approx 2 min, Speed 4
  20. Transfer two thirds of chocolate mixture to baking pan
  21. Spread until level
  22. Transfer content of Kenwood Bowl to baking pan
  23. Transfer the rest of chocolate mixture to baking pan
  24. Spread carefully until level
  25. Bake - 30 min, 170°C
  26. Remove from oven and let cool
  27. Cut into squares
  28. Serve
