Step preview

  1. Fit thin slicing disc (4) to direct prep attachment
  2. Fit direct prep attachment to kCook Multi
  3. Line a clean plate with paper towels then set aside
  4. Add peanut oil to a clean medium cast iron skillet
  5. Heat - medium-high heat
  6. Add tuna steak to the medium cast iron skillet
  7. Fry until golden brown
  8. Transfer fish to plate and continue
  9. Fit stir tool to kCook bowl
  10. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  11. Turn direct prep attachment to position 1
  12. Slice white onion into the kCook bowl with direct prep attachment
  13. Turn direct prep attachment to position 2
  14. Add extra virgin olive oil and salt to the kCook bowl
  15. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  16. Cook with filler cap fitted - 30 min, 90°C, speed 2
  17. Cook with filler cap removed - 3 min, 98°C, speed 3
  18. Then add sugar and white wine vinegar to the kCook bowl
  19. Cook with filler cap removed - 5 min, 95°C, speed 3
  20. Transfer fish to serving plate
  21. Transfer content of kCook bowl to serving plate
  22. Serve
