  1. Grease a clean muffin pan then set aside
  2. Fit midi blade to kCook bowl
  3. Add carrot and egg to the kCook bowl
  4. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  5. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  6. Mix with filler cap fitted - 1 min, speed 9
  7. Then add grapeseed oil and sugar to the kCook bowl
  8. Mix with filler cap fitted - 10 sec, speed 7
  9. Then add all purpose flour, chia seeds, baking powder and coconut to the kCook bowl
  10. Mix with filler cap fitted - 10 sec, speed 7
  11. Spoon batter into muffin pan then set aside
  12. Clean kCook bowl
  13. Fit stir tool to kCook bowl
  14. Add water to the kCook bowl
  15. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  16. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  17. Heat with filler cap removed - 104°C, speed 1
  18. Transfer pan to steamer tray
  19. Steam - 30 min, 104°C
  20. Carefully remove the muffins from the muffin pan
  21. Let cool onto cooling rack
  22. Empty content of kCook bowl into sink
  23. Clean kCook bowl
  24. Fit stir tool to kCook bowl
  25. Add raspberries, currants and sugar to the kCook bowl
  26. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  27. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  28. Cook with filler cap fitted - 5 min, 70°C, speed 5
  29. Cook with filler cap removed - 2 min, 50°C
  30. Transfer content of kCook bowl to medium bowl then set aside
  31. Clean kCook bowl
  32. Fit whisk tool to kCook bowl
  33. Add cream cheese, whipping cream and icing sugar to the kCook bowl
  34. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  35. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  36. Whisk with filler cap fitted - 2 min, speed 8
  37. Serve
