Step preview

  1. Pre-heat oven - 180°C
  2. Line a clean square pan with parchment paper
  3. Attach the Creaming Beater
  4. Add unsalted butter and dark chocolate to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  5. Lift the Cooking Chef head and fit the heat shield
  6. Cook with splashguard fitted - 5 min, 60°C, Speed 1
  7. Then add light brown sugar, egg, orange and orange extract to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  8. Mix with splashguard fitted - 1 min, Speed 1
  9. Then add all purpose flour and cocoa powder to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  10. Mix with splashguard fitted - 20 sec, Speed 1
  11. Then add dark chocolate chips, milk chocolate chips and white chocolate chips to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  12. Mix with splashguard fitted - 20 sec, Speed 1
  13. Scrape
  14. Mix with splashguard fitted - 20 sec, Speed 1
  15. Transfer content of Cooking Chef XL Bowl to square pan
  16. Spread until level
  17. Bake - 40 min, 180°C
  18. Cool - approx 10 min
  19. Turn out on round wire rack
  20. Cut into squares
  21. Serve
