- Cook with splashguard fitted - 5 min, 110°C, Stir 1
- Then add tomato, couscous, chicken stock, raisins and dried apricots to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
- Cook with splashguard fitted - 8 min, 100°C, Stir 1
- Then add lemon juice, lemon zest, cilantro and flaked almonds to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
- Cook with splashguard fitted - 5 min, 65°C, Stir 1
- Serve
