This tomato sauce is simple but so delicious. Use as a base for pizza, in bolognaise for lasagne or simply on fusilli pasta.

  9. Then add fresh basil leaves and salt & pepper to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  10. Cook with splashguard fitted - 10 min, 104°C, Stir 1
  11. Let cool slightly
  12. Serve
