Step preview

  1. Pre-heat oven - 160°C
  2. Line a clean baking sheet with parchment paper
  3. Add blanched hazelnut to the baking sheet
  4. Bake until light golden - 10 min, 160°C
  5. Remove from oven and let cool
  6. Pre-heat oven - 110°C
  7. Line 2 clean baking sheets with parchment paper then set aside
  8. Attach Whisk
  9. Add egg white, caster sugar and muscovado sugar to the EasyWarm Bowl
  10. Whisk - 10 min, 4, Speed Max
  11. Spoon meringue into 2 baking sheets
  12. Decorate with coffee extract
  13. Dip the end of a teaspoon into a small amount of the coffee extract and swirl through the meringues
  14. Add nuts to meringue
  15. Bake - 1 hr 10 min, 110°C
  16. Remove from oven and let cool
  17. Clean EasyWarm Bowl
  18. Attach Creaming beater
  19. Add dark chocolate to the EasyWarm Bowl
  20. Stir - 6 min, 7, Stir 1
  21. Drizzle the melted chocolate over the meringues
  22. Serve
