These energy balls make a healthy treat to add to lunch boxes or as a post workout snack. They will keep in the fridge for two weeks and can be frozen in a sealed bag or container for 3 months.

Step preview

  1. Attach Creaming beater
  2. Add pitted dates and water to the EasyWarm Bowl
  3. Heat with splashguard fitted - approx 10 min, 9, Stir 4
  4. Once softened, remove the dates from the bowl using a slotted spoon and transfer to a cutting board
  5. Chop the dates until they form a paste and return them to the bowl
  6. Add cashew nuts, ground almonds, goji berries, agave syrup, ground turmeric and salt to the EasyWarm Bowl
  7. Mix with splashguard fitted until combined - approx 1 min, Speed 3
  8. Transfer content of EasyWarm Bowl to medium bowl
  9. Chill in fridge until firm - 20 min
  10. Add unsweetened shredded coconut to a clean plate
  11. Remove the bowl of mixture from the fridge
  12. Roll into balls until 3cm round
  13. Transfer balls to plate
  14. Roll until coated
  15. Transfer balls to baking tray
  16. Chill in fridge until firm
  17. Serve
