Step preview

  1. Fit midi blade to kCook bowl
  2. Add caster sugar and butter to the kCook bowl
  3. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  4. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  5. Mix with filler cap fitted - 2 min, speed 10
  6. Then add italian 00 flour, pistachio flour, wheat starch, egg, egg yolk, pistachio paste and baking soda to the kCook bowl
  7. Mix with filler cap fitted - 5 min, speed 8
  8. Line a clean work surface with plastic wrap
  9. Transfer content of kCook bowl to work surface
  10. Form into a ball
  11. Wrap with plastic wrap
  12. Chill in fridge - 30 min
  13. Pre-heat oven - 180°C
  14. Line a clean baking sheet with parchment paper
  15. Transfer dough to lightly floured surface
  16. Shape into logs
  17. Transfer shaped dough to baking sheet
  18. Bake - 25 min, 180°C
  19. Let cool and continue
  20. Clean kCook bowl
  21. Fit stir tool to kCook bowl
  22. Add dark chocolate to the kCook bowl
  23. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  24. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  25. Stir with filler cap removed - 7 min, 60°C, speed 3
  26. Spoon chocolate into biscuits
  27. Let cool
  28. Serve
