This mild coconut curry is a great midweek meal, quick to make and deliciously comforting. To save time use the food processor attachment to process the vegetables until finely chopped- or chop them roughly by hand. Serve with rice and plenty of coriander.

  7. Then add onion, garlic clove, red chili, red bell pepper and yellow bell pepper to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  8. Cook - 5 min, 160°C, Stir 1
  9. Then add coconut milk, ground almonds, kaffir lime leaves and salt & pepper to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  10. Cook - 2 min, 160°C, Stir 1
  11. Cook - 5 min, 104°C, Stir 1
  12. Add cornflour and water to a clean small bowl
  13. Mix until combined
  14. Transfer cornflour mixture to Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  15. Cook - 2 min, 104°C, Stir 1
  16. Then add tiger prawns and cilantro to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  17. Cook - 2 min, 104°C, Stir 1
  18. Serve
