  3. Pre-heat oven - 180°C
  4. Line a clean round pan with parchment paper
  5. Fit whisk tool to kCook bowl
  6. Add egg white and salt to the kCook bowl
  7. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  8. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  9. Mix with filler cap removed - 3 min, speed 7
  10. Transfer content of kCook bowl to medium glass bowl
  11. Clean kCook bowl
  12. Fit whisk tool to kCook bowl
  13. Add butter and sugar to the kCook bowl
  14. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  15. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  16. Mix with filler cap removed - 7 min, speed 7
  17. Then add lemon to the kCook bowl
  18. Mix with filler cap removed - 1 min, speed 6
  19. Then add egg yolk to the kCook bowl
  20. Mix with filler cap removed - 1 min 30 sec, speed 6
  21. Then add italian 00 flour, potato starch and baking powder to the kCook bowl
  22. Mix with filler cap removed - 2 min, speed 6
  23. Transfer content of kCook bowl to large glass bowl
  24. Transfer egg whites to large glass bowl
  25. Mix until combined
  26. Turn direct prep attachment to position 2
  27. Slice apple into the large glass bowl with direct prep attachment
  28. Mix until combined
  29. Transfer content of large glass bowl to round pan
  30. Spread evenly
  31. Bake - 45 min, 180°C
  32. Let cool
  33. Serve
