A tasty flat bread delicious served with hummus. If you do not have prepared sourdough, add 65 gr of flour and 35 ml of water to the recipe.

Step preview

  1. Line a clean baking sheet with parchment paper
  2. Attach the Dough Tool
  3. Add water, sourdough starter and dried yeast to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  4. Lift the Cooking Chef head and fit the heat shield
  5. Heat with splashguard fitted - 15 min, 30°C, Speed OFF
  6. Then add bread flour, salt and olive oil to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  7. Knead with splashguard fitted - 10 min, Speed 1
  8. Remove the Dough Tool
  9. Prove with splashguard fitted - 1 hr, 30°C, Speed OFF
  10. Pre-heat oven - 230°C
  11. Place a small oven proof container filled with water on to the bottom of your oven
  12. Transfer dough to baking sheet
  13. Spread the dough to the edges of the baking sheet
  14. Brush with olive oil
  15. Sprinkle with sesame seeds, dried oregano and salt
  16. Bake - 15 min, 230°C
  17. Let cool - approx 15 min
  18. Serve
