Step preview

  1. Add chicken leg, chicken thighs, white wine, garlic clove, fresh sage, rosemary and coarse salt to a clean large glass bowl

  7. Add mushrooms, cherry tomatoes and vegetable stock cube to the kCook bowl
  8. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  9. Transfer chicken to kCook bowl
  10. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  11. Cook with filler cap removed - 1 hr, 92°C
  12. Add rice flour and water to a clean small bowl
  13. Mix until combined
  14. Transfer content of small bowl to kCook bowl
  15. Cook with filler cap removed - 10 min, 110°C
  16. Serve
