Create your favourite chocolate confectionery with a hidden hazelnut surrounded by gianduja and then coated in a layer of chocolate and chopped nuts. For this recipe you will need a 3 cm half sphere silicone mould.

Step preview

  1. Attach Creaming beater
  2. Add dark chocolate to the EasyWarm Bowl
  3. Mix with splashguard fitted - 10 min, 7, Speed 1
  4. Then add hazelnut butter to the EasyWarm Bowl
  5. Mix with splashguard fitted - 10 sec, Speed 3
  6. Transfer content of EasyWarm Bowl to piping bag
  7. Pipe half of chocolate mixture onto demisphere mold
  8. Add blanched hazelnut to the demisphere mold
  9. Chill in fridge until set
  10. Remove the nut filled halves from the mould and chill in the fridge
  11. Pipe the rest of chocolate mixture onto demisphere mold
  12. Chill in fridge until set
  13. Remove all the chocolate halves from the fridge
  14. Join together
  15. Freeze - 20 min
  16. Clean EasyWarm Bowl
  17. Attach Creaming beater
  18. Add dark chocolate to the EasyWarm Bowl
  19. Heat with splashguard fitted - 10 min, 7, Speed 1
  20. Transfer content of EasyWarm Bowl to small bowl
  21. Add hazelnuts to a clean small bowl
  22. Coat each ball with the melted chocolate
  23. Then coat each ball with nuts
  24. Transfer onto cooling rack until set
  25. Serve
