  1. Fit stir tool to kCook bowl
  2. Add butter and water to the kCook bowl
  3. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  4. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  5. Mix with filler cap fitted - 5 min, 70°C, speed 4
  6. Then add salt, caster sugar and italian 00 flour to the kCook bowl
  7. Mix with filler cap fitted - 5 min, 70°C, speed 6
  8. Mix with filler cap removed - 2 min, speed 8
  9. Remove lid and let cool - 5 min
  10. Add baking powder to the kCook bowl
  11. Mix with filler cap removed - 2 min, speed 6
  12. Add egg to the kCook bowl while machine is running
  13. Transfer content of kCook bowl to piping bag
  14. Pipe content of piping bag onto 2 baking tray
  15. Bake - 20 min, 200°C
  16. Let cool - 1 hr
  17. Clean kCook bowl
  18. Fit whisk tool to kCook bowl
  19. Add mascarpone cheese, icing sugar, vanilla bean and vegetable whipping cream to the kCook bowl
  20. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  21. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  22. Whisk with filler cap fitted - 1 min, speed 10
  23. Transfer content of kCook bowl to medium bowl
  24. Place one of the choux pastries onto a serving plate
  25. Transfer half of cream to pastry
  26. Spread until level
  27. Decorate with strawberries and strawberry sauce
  28. Place the other choux pastry on top
  29. Transfer the rest of cream to pastry
  30. Spread until level
  31. Decorate with strawberries and strawberry sauce
  32. Serve
