Step preview

  1. Attach K Beater
  2. Add bread flour, salt, active dried yeast and water to the EasyWarm Bowl
  3. Mix with splashguard fitted - 1 min, Speed Min
  4. Mix with splashguard fitted - 1 min, Speed 2
  5. Transfer the dough from the bowl onto a work surface
  6. Add extra virgin olive oil to the EasyWarm Bowl
  7. Use your hand to coat the base of the bowl in the oil
  8. Return the dough to the bowl
  9. Spread the oil from the bowl over the top of the dough
  10. Place your hand under one side of the dough, pull it up and stretch over to the other side
  11. Repeat this action from the bottom, the top and each of the two sides of the dough
  12. Remove K Beater
  13. Prove with splashguard fitted - 45 min, 2
  14. Repeat the folding process and proving two more times
  15. Prove with splashguard fitted - 45 min, 2
  16. Grease a clean baking tray then set aside
  17. Transfer dough to baking tray
  18. Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil
  19. Press your fingers into the top of the dough to spread it out into the tray
  20. Press your fingers over the surface through the dough to the tray underneath
  21. Garnish with rosemary
  22. Sprinkle with coarse sea salt
  23. Cover with kitchen towel
  24. Let rest - 30 min
  25. Pre-heat oven - 230°C
  26. Remove the kitchen towel from the tray
  27. Spray with water
  28. Bake until golden brown - 15 min, 230°C
  29. Remove from oven
  30. Brush with olive oil
  31. Let cool
  32. Serve
