  20. Knead into a ball until smooth
  21. Transfer dough to large glass bowl
  22. Cover with kitchen towel and let rise - 2 hr

  24. Fit whisk tool to kCook bowl
  25. Add ricotta cheese and icing sugar to the kCook bowl
  26. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  27. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  28. Mix with filler cap removed - 2 min, speed 9
  29. Then add dark chocolate chips to the kCook bowl
  30. Mix with filler cap removed - 30 sec, speed 6
  31. Transfer content of kCook bowl to medium bowl
  32. Chill in fridge
  33. Transfer dough to lightly floured surface
  34. Roll until 1 cm thick
  35. Cut into strips
  36. Wrap the dough strips around a cylinder
  37. Transfer shaped dough to baking tray
  38. Let rise - 2 hr
  39. Add peanut oil to a clean large saucepan
  40. Heat - medium-high heat
  41. Transfer shaped dough to large saucepan one by one
  42. Fry until golden brown
  43. Spoon shaped dough into serving plate
  44. Sprinkle with caster sugar
  45. Let cool
  46. Stuff content of medium bowl into shaped dough
  47. Serve
