Step preview

  1. Pre-heat oven - 170°C
  2. Grease and flour a clean loaf pan then set aside
  3. Attach Creaming beater
  4. Add all purpose flour, sugar, baking powder, coconut oil and silken tofu to the Kenwood Bowl
  5. Mix until well combined - Speed 3
  6. Add hazelnut milk to the Kenwood Bowl slowly while machine is running
  7. Mix until combined - Speed 2
  8. Then add banana to the Kenwood Bowl
  9. Mix until well combined - Speed 2
  10. Then add dark chocolate chips to the Kenwood Bowl
  11. Mix until combined - Speed 1
  12. Transfer content of Kenwood Bowl to loaf pan
  13. Spread until level
  14. Add banana to the loaf pan
  15. Sprinkle with golden caster sugar
  16. Bake - 45 min, 170°C
  17. Remove from oven and let cool
  18. Serve
