  12. Then add orange and cinnamon stick to the kCook bowl

  14. Turn direct prep attachment to position 1
  15. Slice red cabbage into the kCook bowl with direct prep attachment
  16. Turn direct prep attachment to position 2
  17. Add port, orange juice and water to the kCook bowl
  18. Cook with filler cap removed - 1 min, 98°C, speed 1
  19. Cook with filler cap removed - 1 hr, 94°C, speed 1
  20. Serve
