Step preview

  1. Line a clean baking sheet with parchment paper
  2. Fit max blade to kCook bowl
  3. Add unsalted butter, icing sugar, all purpose flour and vanilla extract to the kCook bowl
  4. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  5. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  6. Mix with filler cap fitted - 40 sec, speed 10
  7. Transfer dough to work surface
  8. Wrap with plastic wrap
  9. Chill in fridge - 30 min
  10. Pre-heat oven - 150°C
  11. Place dough on lightly floured surface
  12. Roll out until 1 cm thick
  13. Cut the dough into circles using an 8 cm fluted cutter
  14. Transfer dough to baking sheet
  15. Cut out smaller circles from the middle of the 8 cm circles using a 4 cm round cutter
  16. Bake - 25 min, 150°C
  17. Let cool
  18. Add icing sugar, egg white and lemon juice to a clean medium bowl
  19. Mix until smooth
  20. Dip biscuits into icing
  21. Sprinkle with pistachios
  22. Leave until dry
  23. Serve
