  1. Fit max blade to kCook bowl
  2. Add oil to the kCook bowl
  3. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  4. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  5. Heat with filler cap removed - 140°C, speed 3
  6. Then add mushrooms to the kCook bowl
  7. Cook with filler cap removed - 5 min, 120°C, speed 3
  8. Transfer mushrooms to medium bowl then set aside
  9. Clean kCook bowl
  10. Fit max blade to kCook bowl
  11. Add margarine, white wine, smoked tofu and olive oil to the kCook bowl
  12. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  13. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  14. Mix with filler cap removed - 30 sec, speed 3
  15. Then add soy milk, agar agar, allspice and salt & pepper to the kCook bowl
  16. Cook with filler cap removed - 1 min, 94°C, speed 4
  17. Transfer mushrooms to kCook bowl
  18. Blend with filler cap fitted - 1 min, speed 12
  19. Transfer content of kCook bowl to jar
  20. Let cool
  21. Chill in fridge - 1 hr
  22. Serve
