Step preview

  1. Line a clean baking sheet with parchment paper
  2. Fit max blade to kCook bowl
  3. Add butter, icing sugar, all purpose flour and vanilla extract to the kCook bowl
  4. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  5. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  6. Mix with filler cap removed - 40 sec, speed 10
  7. Transfer dough to work surface
  8. Wrap with plastic wrap
  9. Chill in fridge - 30 min
  10. Pre-heat oven - 150°C
  11. Transfer dough to lightly floured surface
  12. Roll out until 1 cm thick
  13. Cut the dough into circles about 4 cm in diameter
  14. Transfer biscuits to baking sheet
  15. Top with flaked almonds
  16. Bake - 25 min, 150°C
  17. Let cool
  18. Serve
